Temp-to-Hire
Temp-to-Hire employment is an alternative to Direct Placement. These
positions are handled as temporary employment for a specified period
of time during which you are the responsibility of our agency. During
this period, you and the client company decide whether or not your
employment should continue as a permanent position.
